The RRC has recently revised the following forms:

• Form C-LTR (T4 Permit Cover Letter)
• T4-B (T4 Transfer Certification)

Changes impact submittals of any T4 Permit with the Commission and are focused around providing more clarity and more relevant statutory language as it relates to eminent domain.

The amendments also include minor and non-substantive changes in format, specifically moving the relevant question from the “Application Type” section of the C-LTR, to the Operator Information section of the C-LTR. There is a similar restructuring of the “Divesting Operator Information” of the Form T4-B.
